Referral Program

Clearbrook offers a bonus to existing employees for referring candidates for an open position. Once the candidate is successfully hired by Clearbrook or any Clearbrook-sponsored program, the referring employee will be paid up to $4,000!

tuition reimbursement

Full-time employees are eligible after one year of service to receive up to $1,000 per year for tuition and related fees at an accredited college for courses relating to the employee’s job.
