Ready for the big day?
What to know before you go
7:15am - 12:00pm
7:15am - 2:00pm
9:00am - 3:00pm
10:00am - 4:00pm

8:00am - Opening ceremony begins! If your athlete is participating, please help them apply sunscreen as there is no shade on the football field.
9:30am - Track and Field events begin. Make sure athletes are at their bullpen at least 15 minutes prior to the start of their event.
4:00pm - All events conclude. Thank you for your help!
Athletes: Navy
Coach/Staff: Light Blue (Find them if you have any questions)
**Volunteers: Gray (Receive your shirt at registration)**
Dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather. You will be outside all day. You may want to bring sunscreen, a lawn chair, backpack, hat, sunglasses, a jacket. etc.
Clearbrook will provide lunch, snacks, and water throughout the day. We will also provide a drawstring backpack to carry items for you and your athlete.
Your athlete will have fun - win or lose! We hope you will, too!
Special Olympics is at a new location this year - Hoffman Estates High School (1100 W. Higgins Rd)
Please check in at the Clearbrook tent! Do not go to the Special Olympics check-in. At the Clearbrook tent, we will provide you with your shirt, assignment, and schedule for for the day. See additional directions on parking and finding our tent below!

There is plenty of on-site parking available!
Once you've parked, head to the paved path past the football stadium and tennis courts. Continue walking along the path until you see the Clearbrook tent set up in the grass area. Our lawn signs will be placed in the ground to help you find us.
