Individual Placement and Support (IPS) is a model of supported employment that helps people living with behavioral health conditions find work and succeed at their chosen job. Clearbrook offers support in all areas of life for an individual with a dual diagnosis. By having the tools needed to succeed in everyday life, individuals chosen to be part of the IPS program are able to thrive in the workplace.
