For more than six decades, Clearbrook has been providing top-quality programming and services to children and adults with a variety of disabilities. Serving both Clearbrook residents and the broader community, we offer personalized children’s, adult day, employment, residential, and clinical services at more than 80 locations throughout Chicagoland. In addition, Clearbrook is the largest provider of home-based services in the state of Illinois.

Clearbrook West

In 2015, Clearbrook expanded into Crystal Lake to help meet the needs of the communities surrounding McHenry County. Programs and services such as home-based, community day programs, residential, vocational, and respite are offered. The goal of these programs is to help individuals be as successful as possible in their home and community.

As a response to tremendous growth in the region, Clearbrook wanted to establish an official name for the locations, programs, and services offered in the McHenry County area. In 2020 the branch name, Clearbrook West, was given to reflect all areas served in the surrounding communities.

Annually, Clearbrook West supports over 250+ individuals, as well as their families, in McHenry County, in over 39 communities and 8 locations throughout northern Illinois.
