Our home-based service providers enjoy a flexible schedule helping individuals in the comfort of their family homes, assisting them in their day-to-day activities at home and out in the community.

Nursing Flexible schedule – full-time/ part-time/sub-status
Clearbrook is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide care for the individuals we serve. Care varies based on the needs of the individual.
Residential Services Flexible schedule – full-time/ part-time
Many of our adult clients live in a house with roommates. If you enjoy the idea of being a “house parent," helping with daily routines while enjoying a flexible schedule, then residential services are for you.

clinical services Part-Time
Clearbrook is seeking dedicated professionals to join our clinical services team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to the development and implementation of patient-centered treatment plans.
Early Intervention Flexible Schedule - Part-Time
You can help children thrive! This position focuses on providing therapeutic services to infants and toddlers (ages 0-3), addressing motor delays, enhancing mobility, and promoting physical development that is crucial for early childhood growth and independence.
CHILD therapy Flexible Schedule - Part-Time
You can make a lasting impact on children (ages 0-3) enrolled in Early Intervention through the CHILD Therapy program. In this role, you will support children and their families, while promoting developmental milestones that are crucial for lifelong success.
