At the end of each participant registration field, please select yes or no for the question regarding Photo Consent. By selecting YES, you are agreeing to the following:

I permit Clearbrook to take and use photographs or videos of me at this event. I understand these images, videos or stories may appear publicly as part of the Clearbrook website, used in newspaper articles, and/or other marketing materials; all photographs, videos, or stories are the sole property of Clearbrook; this agreement is voluntary with no financial compensation. I understand that once this consent is given it cannot be withdrawn as to pictures or stories already published. I hereby release Clearbrook and any of its employees, officers, or directors from any claims of any type based on the use of these photographs, including claims for invasion of privacy. If I am purchasing tickets for guests, I have been given their permission to sign this consent on their behalf.
