What is the CMHC?
The CMHC is a service provided by Clearbrook, serving adults who are diagnosed with an intellectual or developmental disability and have a mental illness. The CMHC does not require the individual to be a part of Clearbrook prior to the service. It is designed to support the community while providing additional support to the current individuals that we serve.
Who we serve
Adults who are diagnosed with an intellectual or developmental disability and a mental illness.
Accepts residents that do not have a disability, but have a mental illness diagnosis.
Does not require the individual to be a part of our organization prior to the service. Each referral is reviewed carefully.
Supports the community while providing additional support to the current individuals Clearbrook serves.
