With two locations in the suburban Chicago area, CHOICE allows clients to choose their own areas of interest while utilizing community-based opportunities for employment, volunteering, socializing, and leisure activities.

By empowering clients to become involved in their local communities, they flourish as individuals, business people, and neighbors.
