Beautify the garden

Thanks to the generosity and commitment of the Fogelson Family Foundation, Clearbrook opened the Fogelson Family Garden in the back of the Lattof Commons, our largest intermediate care facility (ICF) for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This project allows residents to enjoy the outdoor space three seasons out of the year. It includes trees, flowers, as well as a covered pavilion with seating. While located at the Commons, this is available for use by all of Clearbrook. The garden also serves to honor the valued members of the Clearbrook family.

Dedication Options

BRICK

Bricks come in various sizes and can be personalized with any message you would like.  Sizes available: 7.5×15, 15×15, 15×22

BENCH

Benches feature an engraved plaque with your message.

TREE

Trees feature an engraved plaque with your message.

Join us by dedicating a brick, bench, or tree to honor someone or something. You may choose to purchase one of these items to thank a staff member, celebrate a birthday or anniversary, remember a loved one, or for whatever you wish.
