Clearbrook’s Behavior Services team provides direct support to clients and staff training based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our goal is to enhance independence and quality of life by helping individuals develop meaningful adaptive skills while reducing behaviors that may negatively impact daily living. We take a person-centered approach, tailoring interventions to each individual’s needs.

Our team primarily supports individuals residing in Clearbrook’s residential programs, including Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA) and Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF).

We deliver behavior services directly in clients’ homes, day programs, and community settings to ensure comprehensive and consistent support.
Who Provides Services?
Our team includes Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Level 2 Behavior Therapists, and Behaviorists.
These professionals develop and implement behavior plans and skill-building interventions. All services are overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
