Tailored to provide eligible individuals and families services and support in the comfort of their home and community.

Clinical Services

Occupational, physical, and speech therapies from licensed practitioners to aid in the treatment of our clients with developmental disabilities.

Residential Services

Tailored supportive living arrangements that fit the needs of our clients, catering to both highly independent and more dependent individuals.

Day Programming

Empowers adults with intellectual/ developmental disabilities through diverse weekday programs, fostering interaction and growth within structured settings.

Respite

Designed to provide short-term relief to primary caregivers.

Employment

Offers comprehensive job training, independent and supported employment opportunities, and personalized placement support.

Community Mental Health Center (CMHC)

Supports adults diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as mental illness.

Residential Services

From humble beginnings more than 60 years ago, Clearbrook has expanded significantly to reflect the current needs of adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities. We have more than 50 locations in 22 cities across the Chicagoland area.

Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA)

We strive to offer opportunities for individuals to be as independent as possible in their home and community. With more than 50 CILAs, scattered throughout 23 different communities, each residential home is integrated with the neighborhood and community.

Intermediate Care Facility For Individuals With Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID)

We operate four ICFs, housing 16 – 85 residents. A  nursing staff coordinates medical needs of all ICF residents, at least 20 hours per week and up to full time.
