At Clearbrook, our team of trained specialists embrace this by providing cutting-edge, individualized support that meets the special needs of young children with developmental delays. It is truly a collaborative approach, where family members participate in the process from inception to completion.

  • Child and Family Connections (CFC)
    As one of 25 "front doors" to the Illinois Early Intervention System, Clearbrook's Child and Family Connections (CFC) Program provides intake, assessment, evaluation and service coordination to families in all of the North and Northwest Cook Counties.

  • CHILD Early Intervention
    The CHILD (Clearbrook Helps Infants Learn and Develop) Program offers a family-focused, interdisciplinary approach to assisting families with young children ages birth to three with developmental delays.

  • Lekotek
    Clearbrook's Lekotek Program is part of a national network of resources that encourages exploration and inspiration through family-centered play to enhance the development of young children.

  • Family & Community Autism Resource Room

  • Equipment Lending Library
    The Alex Leone Equipment Lending Library enables the community-at-large to borrow various pieces of therapeutic and adaptive equipment for a refundable deposit.

  • In-Home
    Clearbrook's In-Home Services, called LIFE (Living and Learning in Family Environments), is designed to allow clients to remain in a family environment as long as possible, focusing on goal setting and developing new skills to help the client move towards independence.

  • Take A Break Program
    Clearbrook's unique Take A Break Program matches the spirit of volunteerism with the needs of families who have young children with developmental delays, giving parents regularly scheduled time away from daily responsibilities.
