Chairman: Frank ten Brink, Stericycle, Inc.
Frank J.M. ten Brink has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer since joining Stericycle, Inc. in June 1997 until August of 2014 and continues to be their Senior Vice President M & A. He has nearly 20 years of finance experience in high growth environments, mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Stericycle, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer with Telular Corporation. Between 1991 and 1995, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hexacomb Corporation. Mr. ten Brink studied International Business at the Netherlands School of Business and received an M.B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Oregon.

Vice Chairman and Treasurer: Barry M. Masek, Baker Tilly, LLP
Barry M. Masek is a partner at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP; he has been with the firm since 2006. He is the Chicago office’s Regional Market Leader. Barry has more than 30 years of experience serving middle-market and large manufacturing and distribution companies. Prior to Baker Tilly, Barry served as chief financial officer at a large distribution company. Prior to that, he was a partner at Arthur Andersen.

Secretary, Richard E. Stiles, Schaumburg Bank & Trust Company N. A.
Rick is the President of Schaumburg Bank & Trust, one of the 15 Chartered Banks in the Wintrust Financial Family. With over 28 years of corporate banking experience, Rick joined Wintrust in March of 2010. Previously, Rick held executive positions with Banco Popular North America and JP Morgan Chase Bank/American National Bank.
Rick received his MBA from the University of Iowa – Henry B. Tippie College of Business.

Gerald F. Fitzgerald, Jr., Past Chairman, Cornerstone Bancorp, Inc.
Gerald F. Fitzgerald, Jr. began his banking career in the mid-60’s at Suburban National Bank in Palatine. After the acquisition of Suburban by a larger bank, he and four partners organized Cornerstone National Bank & Trust Company in 2000. He presently serves as the Chairman and President of Cornerstone Bancorp, the parent company. Mr. Fitzgerald has been active in many local charities over the years.

Arly J. Guenther, Arlington Computer Products
Arly is the CEO of Arlington Computer Products where he has worked since 1985. He has over twenty seven years of experience managing a company that provides I/T products and solutions to corporate customers. His firm is located in Buffalo Grove but supports customers on a national basis. Arly has an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School and is also on the Board and Executive Committee of Children's Memorial Hospital.

Paul N. Nigro, Brookdale Senior Living, Inc.
Paul Nigro currently serves as Vice President of Integration with Brookdale Senior Living Inc. (NYSE: BKD), the largest Senior Living provider in the U.S. In this capacity Paul helps the company integrate both business and technology processes from companies purchased into Brookdale’s operating platform. From 2000-2006 Paul served as the company’s Vice President of Information Technology where he was responsible for systems integration, security, enterprise applications and network infrastructure. Paul held Senior Information Technology and Finance positions within the hospitality industry prior to joining Brookdale. He holds a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Joy (Piccolo) O’Connell, Brian Piccolo Cancer Research Fund
Joy O’Connell has served on Clearbrook's Board of Directors for over 20 years. Ms. O’Connell’s sister Carol is in her 60's and has lived and worked at Clearbrook for over 20 years. Ms. O’Connell established the “Brian Piccolo Cancer Research Fund" in 1970 and continues to stay actively involved as President of the Fund. Mrs. O’Connell is a member of the Cancer Leadership Committee at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago; a member of Bears Care, a charitable arm of the Chicago Bears, since 1995; and has been working at the Gavers' Community Cancer Fund since 1999.

Larry Organ, Exact Data
Larry Organ is CEO of Exact Data, the leading source of online/offline consumer behavioral data and interactive solutions, such as email marketing. Larry's expertise in the direct marketing industry spans more than two decades; he is an internet marketing pioneer and innovator. Prior to starting Exact Data, Larry founded student scholarship search website, fastWEb in 1995, which went on to become a Monster.com company and then employment website JobsOnline.com in 1999 which remains a Media Matrix Top 100 internet company.

David P. Riley, Retired
David P. Riley is the retired co-founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Middleby Corporation, a $500 million dollar public company that manufacturers commercial restaurant equipment with sales and service in more than 120 countries.
Past Chairman of Clearbrook's Board of Directors, Mr. Riley is currently Chairman of the Major Gifts Committee and also serves on the Finance and Marketing Committees for this organization.
Mr. Riley is past Chairman of the Chicago Chapter of the World Presidents Organization. He is also an advisor for the Arial Homes Foundation. In addition he serves on several private and not for profit boards.

Brian N. Rubin, J.D., Rubin Law A Professional Corporation
Brian Rubin brings the experience of being a parent of an adult son with autism (a Clearbrook client), and an extensive legal background to his membership on Clearbrook’s Board of Directors. As an attorney, his law practice is dedicated to appropriate legal & future planning for his fellow families of children and adults with special needs.Having served on many committees at local and State levels, Brian currently serves as co-chair of the State of Illinois Autism Task Force since 2005; is the immediate past-president of Arc of Illinois; member serves on of the State of Illinois Guardianship & Advocacy Commission; is past chairman of the State of Illinois Department of Human Services Statewide Advisory Council on Developmental Disabilities; and served on the Quality Care Board, overseeing the Illinois Department of Human Services, Office of the Inspector General. In addition to Clearbrook, Brian serves on the boards of many organizations that provide community services, programs, and advocacy for individuals with developmental disabilities, including past Chairman of the Special Leisure Services Foundation (Foundation for the Northwest Suburban Special Recreation Association), PACT, Inc., Keshet, Encompass, and Northpointe.

Stephen D. Sayre, Dykema Gossett PLLC
Stephen is a transactional attorney with the law firm of Dykema
Gossett PLLC. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and commercial contracting matters, with particular emphasis on commercial transactions involving pharmaceutical companies and information technology companies. Mr. Sayre's
practice also includes corporate lending transactions, with particular emphasis representing lenders making secured loans to borrowers in the railroad industry.
Prior to joining the Board, Mr. Sayre served on the Clearbrook
Associate Board where he assisted on fundraising events.
